Metal-Organic Framework Supporting Fe3O4 Prepared by Microwave in Couple With NTP to Eliminate VOCs From Biofuel

In the production process of briquette biofuel, terpenes such as pinene and camphene, well non-terpenoid VOCs formic acid, acetaldehyde, benzene, are generated during conditioning, drying other procedures. Different catalysts Fe 3 O 4 supported by CoFe-ZIFs were prepared thermal dissolution method microwave with changing doping amount iron. The structures these characterized X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer Fourier-Transformed InfraRed, thermogravimetric analysis (TG), scanning electron microscope catalytic performance for α-pinene was tested on a fixed bed. results show that, compared method, easier to induce iron form grains higher activity. At same time, did not affect formation structure. enhanced activity energy efficiency α-pinene. Among test samples, CoFe14-ZIF-W 14% mol exhibited stable structural characteristics highest 94.3% 8.11 g·kWh −1 , which provided further possibility practical application removal from biomass.
